Negar Tower building is a steel structure and its ceilings are covered with “Composite”. It is resistant against earthquake by means of …… frames and crossed bracing. The lightness of the tower structure is an important characteristic. As during an earthquake the operating force of a building has a direct relation with the building weight , therefore , the said characteristic can have a very effective part in reducing seismic forces. The structure girders are made and setup in plate beams and the secondary beams are of I – shape rolled sections which are used in cast form (haneycombed). Foundation is executed uniformly and its height at the lowest point is 120cm. In order to ensure the quality of the executed joints non-destructive test is applied on the welded points, of which the result has been approved by the supervision system.
