The project executive operation commenced, under the supervision of Engineer Shahrokh Novroozi, having obtained demolition / excavation / construction permission certificate as per decision dated 02/12/1995 and suplementry decision dated 15/04/1997 issued by Article Five (5) commission.
Scope of activities:
Geotechnical tests of the tower land conducted by “Darya Khak” company, a well-established company in Iran. Having excavated the land and dug the bore holes, tests for the earth strength were carried out. Then the results report of the earth strength submitted to the civil engineer.
The project consultants and architect, Mr Daliri and his colleagues along with the project civil engineer, Mr jalal Sadjadian, who is a competent and well known engineer in this field were amongst the key executive elements. Based on the architectural drawings and geotechnical report received in about 20,March 1997 the civil engineer began calculating the foundation and structure , then in about April 1997 the executive operation of foundation commenced with the most competent executive groups.
The project structure made by one of the largest manufacturers of steel structures (PROFILE MODERN STEEL FACTORY) in 1996.Then structure installation and ceilings were performed under the supervision of the most potent installation teams .Worthy mentioning that the ceilings are all of composite type.
During installation of structure weld testes i.e. painting test and X-ray test carried out diligently by well experienced welding technicians.
Then in 21/08/1997 the construction site was closed, however, by that time structurally 19 floors in total, erected out of which 12 floors were treated with concrete already.
The closure of the site due to Tehran’s Municipality action against high rise buildings again in 22.12.2001 the building construction was set out.
Furthermore, electrical and mechanical installations were executed by Mr Sedigh (electric eng.) & other colleagues involved in mechanical works.
It is important to mention that all primary materials for rough and finish works, as well as, performance of electrical / mechanical installations made by means of best quality and fine foreign materials, bearing in mind all materials and performance have been in compliance with the existing top standards of the country.
