  1. Power stand-by system: Electricity distribution in Negar Tower is highly reliable and designed according to the engineering standards to supply electricity normally and in emergency case. The stand-by system of the units , lobbies , stair ways , parking lots and elevation is equipped with a diesel generator at 500KW.

Fire alarm system: Regarding the number of units on each floor , there are fire alarm systems of “Addressable” type for each units which can monitor all parts of the building including machine-room , elevator shafts (canals) , lobbies , parking lots and inside the units. Certain features of this system are: When fire occurs it can precisely locate the place of incident rapidly . As soon as a defect occurs within the system , it can detect the location by itself.
