The distinctive system of the project is the combination of cement block , leca granules (light expanded clay aggregates) and KNAUF system which is mostly used in suspended ceilings.
Also , for external walls lining-glass wool and stone wool are used as composite panels , these are highly capable to prevent energy loss (heat/cold) besides , their sound absorption , (acoustic).
The floors are covered with parquet and walls with wall paper. Furthermore , the building elevation (surface) material is mainly made from aluminum and glass as they are durable and easily washable , besides ,they are more suitable for Tehran city.
The public flooring of the building is made of granite and stair ways are of travertine.
The ceilings in public areas are combined with finish plaster and aluminum panels.
The main doors are of “hard wood” and other doors are mostly combined with light transferable glass. Lighting system is designed in single flame, as well as ,in combination of fluorescent lights.
Heating and cooling systems are controlled centrally ,furthermore absorption chiller is employed , and , individual ceiling fan coils are also designed for the spaces.
Sanitary wares and electronic faucets (taps) are used to provide more comfort , besides , electronic systems provide security protection and wider range of accessibility to internet for the user.
