The floor uses of Negar Tower is as follows:
- Floor 4 to 1 have parking lots & stores.
- Ground floor & mezzanine (on the ground fl.),
- There are 10 trade units on the ground floor & 8 trade units on the mezzanine.
- On the first floor to third floors there are –multi-level parking-lots.
- On the 4th floors there are 11 office units with vast spaces.
- On the 5th floor there are 11 office units with vast terraces.
- On the 6th to 13th floors there are 11 typical office units.
- On the 14th to 21st floors there are 11 office units on each floor typical to floors 6 to 13.
- Floors 22 and 23 are totally open space each at 900 sq.m.area, with outer walls in glass.
- The 24th floor which is indeed the same top of the tower is helicopter landing platform.
