The tower elevation which has a special design , is performed by Mr Farzad Daliri , architect , and Mr Omid Gholampur , architect.
The total elevation surface is 13,800 sq.m consisting of :
Aluminum composite panels (made by Alubond company of the USA), at 7500 m²
Curtain walls (glass elevation) made by ASAS company , at 5500m²
Aluminum windows , thermal break , made by ASAS company , at 800 m².
Applying aluminum to elevation surface is very suitable and necessary for high rise buildings as per following points and according to the latest researches in building industry ,
Each meter of aluminum elevation is 30Kgs in average , but other materials are 300Kgs/m., this means a lighter building with more resistance against earthquake.
All joints in the elevation surface are designed of “Linear Expansion” to protect joint lines alignment against heat and cold , besides , to be flexible against earthquake stresses.
All joints sealing rubber is from “EPDM” which is the most suitable rubber from sealing , besides , the most resistant to sun direct beam.
The frames fixed behind the elevation surface with stainless steel bolts/screws are of aluminum in order to enable the precise installation and fitness perfect.
